Customer Management Data: Customer names, customer contact phone numbers, delivery addresses, customer rate lists, and leave/absent requests.
Device & Diagnostic Logs: Non-identifiable technical data including device model, operating system version, crash reports, and network connectivity state for performance optimization and debugging purposes.

6 Data Security & Offline Storage

7 Your Rights & Complete Data Deletion

You have full ownership and control over your personal information and ledger history:

Account Deletion: You can permanently delete your entire account, profile, and all associated ledger records at any time directly within the app sidebar by tapping "Delete Account / खाता हटाएँ".
Immediate Purge: When you delete your account, all customer ledgers, daily milk entries, payment transactions, and database keys associated with your account are immediately and permanently wiped from both local device storage and our cloud database.

8 Children's Privacy

Our services are intended for dairy business owners, milk suppliers, and consumers. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children under the age of 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a child under 13, we will promptly delete such information.
